We opened a two-bay workshop in the Salamanca area of Madrid. From day one, the process was simple: we inspect, document, explain, and only then repair. That approach earned us repeat customers who valued clarity over sales talk.
2018
Growth with purpose
More bays, better systems, less friction for clients.
We expanded to six bays and introduced digital approvals via mobile: you see recommended work, alternatives, and pricing before you decide. The result: quicker turnaround, fewer misunderstandings, and consistent quality checks.
2021
Training and certification focus
Sharper diagnostics, fewer parts replaced unnecessarily.
We invested in diagnostics tooling, continuous training, and standardized checklists. The goal wasn’t to add complexity—it was to reduce wasted time and parts by being precise on the first visit.

Sustainability upgrade
Paperless, better recycling, EU best practices.
We switched to paperless invoicing and improved recycling for oils, coolants, filters, tires, and batteries. We also refined purchasing to prioritize quality parts that reduce comebacks—saving materials and customer time.
