Do you provide written estimates? +
Yes. Every job includes a digital estimate with parts and labor breakdown. You can approve online before any work starts. If we find something unexpected during diagnostics, we’ll request approval again.
What warranty do you offer? +
Most services include 12 to 24 months warranty on parts and labor, depending on the job and the parts used. Warranty conditions are shown clearly in the estimate before you approve.
Can I bring my own parts? +
In most cases, yes. However, warranty typically applies only to labor, and we may refuse parts that don’t match OEM specs or are safety-critical with uncertain origin. We’ll advise case-by-case.
How long does an oil change take? +
Typically 45–60 minutes including a quick safety check. If you book ahead, we can usually keep turnaround within that window.
Are you open on Saturdays? +
Yes, from 09:00 to 14:00. If you need a same-day slot, earlier is better—Saturdays fill up quickly.
Do you work with insurance or fleet accounts? +
We can support fleet maintenance and coordinate documentation for insurance-related repairs. Share the vehicle details and claim information in the “Ask a question” form, and we’ll confirm next steps.
Do you reset service lights and provide diagnostic reports? +
Yes. When applicable, we reset service reminders after the service and can provide a readable diagnostic summary (fault codes, recommendations, and priority). Some issues require a test drive or deeper electrical checks.
Still not sure?
